We enjoyed riding the train in Chicago. It made it easy to get to the ballpark and was probably a lot cheaper than parking. On the way between the train station and the ballpark, we enjoyed all of the vendors hawking Tshirts, etc. and it provided a nice atmosphere.
Mitchell's 2nd game at Wrigley Field was an afternoon game. While the pitching was not quite as classic as Clemens versus Maddux like we experienced the night before, we did see two great pitchers in Andy Pettitte and Carlos Zambrano. For this game our seats were down low, and the cloudy day made for excellent photography.
This game was also a low scoring affair with the Cubs winning this one 4-1. Pettitte threw well, but Zambrano was masterful, giving up only 2 hits over 8 innings. We did not like the outcome but we really enjoyed the game and did not want it to end (especially with the Astros behind!).
After the game we hit some of the souvenir shops and purchased some T-shirts and caps and then rode the train back to our hotel. We ate pizza that evening and watched more baseball on TV while I uploaded and backed up all of my photo files on the new laptop and the two external hard drives I had brought with me.
